2011 Chassis Dyno Challenge 28th Street Metro-Cruise

This year qualifying will take place at C-Tech Performance now through August 25th, with finals taking place during the 28th Street Metro-Cruise on Saturday, August 27th on a portable chassis dyno located at the East end of Rogers Plaza. There will be several classes ranging from street to race, with some great prizes being lined up for all classes.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Top qualifiers of each class will be notified Friday, August 26th with Saturdays scheduled times and details. Participants will have access to a reserved parking section in the C-Tech Performance Dyno Challenge area at Rogers Plaza. You will not have to pay an entry fee to be in the finals and you have a reserved parking spot for you and your ride for the day.  How cool is that!

$75.00 Qualifying Fee – Your vehicle will get 3 pulls total on the chassis dyno.
First 2 pulls will record peak performance numbers – the best pull will be recorded as your “official entry”.
Third pull will be a drag simulation with starting tree, just like at the drag strip.

All participants will be required to sign appropriate releases and waivers.  Dyno testing is an extreme performance test which puts your vehicle under heavy load.  C-Tech Performance reserves the right to refuse any vehicle it deems unsafe or inappropriate for dyno testing.  Must be 18 years or older to participate.
