First Look at P-69 in Action

Check out more video of the Rottler P-69 in action under the Videos section….too cool.

New CNC Equipment

The new Rottler P-69 CNC 5 Axis Head Porting Machine is up and running. Currently we are finishing up the R&D for the exhaust side of a Cummins 5.9 12v. Flow numbers are looking impressive. Next we will be working on the intake side and 4 stages of pricing, including removing the cast intake to access the other side of the intake runner and a sheet metal intake.

C-Tech Expansion

Exterior work is nearing completion, check out our new look and burn out pad! Our favorite electricians Tom Varano- Owner of Varano Electric and one of his electricians Mike have been hard at work on the inside. We hope to have all of our final inspections in the next couple of weeks, then we can start moving in and getting to work. Stay tuned ….

C-Tech Launches Redesigned Web Site

As you can probably tell, you’re looking at the new and improved c-techperformance.com! Some of the new features you may notice is this “news feed” of sorts on the front page. We’re going to make a valiant attempt to keep this front page updated with all the latest news and info coming out of C-Tech. It’s our first attempt at blogging, so to speak, so bear with us. Here are some of the new features I’d like to highlight as part of the new site:

Charger Update

For those of you following project “Sledgehammer”, our 1972 Dodge Charger project, you may have first seen this car at the 2007 AutoRama in Grand Rapids. At that time everything was primarily mocked up for the show, even the engine.

Since then the chassis has been NHRA Certified to 8.50. The exhaust system fabricated, the chassis painted, the body fitted for the last time and bolted into place; most of the interior tin work is completed.

The engine machining and assembly has been completed and waiting its turn for the engine dyno. It has been waiting since early fall.

Of course there always seems to be 4 customer engines in front of it that have to be done first. We are hoping that during the winter slow time we can fit it into the schedule. We will post stats, pictures and video when that happens.
